Current1. Strategic business partner to the senior leaders, to ensure the effective use of business resources, acting as advisor/consultant, proposing sound solutions to support business growth and meet the business needs of the ATV and Central Functions;2. Assess the implementations of strategic options based on the understanding of designated business units and the business groups drivers and strategies, develop and deliver well integrated people strategies within the business units;3. Partner with the senior leadership team to drive a high performing culture in an integrated structure by promoting leadership skills and performance management, improving employees’ engagement levels;4. Provide sound and timely support related to HR topics to business stake holders from workforce planning, compensation benefits issues, employee retention, Great Place to Work, performance management, transfer, international assignments, talent development, organization development, employee relations, etc., to make sure the business targets could be delivered from people perspective;
