Contracted out and based at Preston North End FC Academy.Responsible for the planning, coaching and delivery of strength and conditioning training, sports science provision and performance development support to a wide range of age groups within the academy (U9s - U19s).

Responsible for the sport science provision for the men's first team. Overseeing analysis of GPS data from match days and training for the management team, leading on matchday warm up procedures and carrying out strength and conditioning / sport science practices with players to improve athletic performance / reduce injury risk.

A research assistant role supporting the project 'Sports compression garments to support active lifestyles of older adults' within the Department of Materials. The role involved carrying out the laboratory testing procedures associated with the project including orthostatic challenge tests, supine to upright transitions measuring continuous cerebral blood flow using Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound, and walking tests using Cosmed K5 portable metabolic system, all with different types of compression garment.

Assisting in laboratory procedures at the Institute of Sport at Manchester Metropolitan University.
