Virginia Tech alumnus of Environmental Resource Management. I am passionate about environmental management, ecosystem protection, wildlife studies and field work. I have gained valuable knowledge of field skills through my courses during my career at Virginia Tech. I am proficient in using tools such as a compass, clinometer, logger's tape, angle gage, and soil auger. I have experience characterizing soil, using bioindicators to evaluate water quality, identifying flora and fauna, characterizing stream health and stability, and making site recommendations. I am also capable in using ArcGIS, streamlining data, and presenting information to stakeholders. Further, I have experience creating projects and summarizing research. I am looking for a position that allows me to continue field work in the environmental industry.
