I spent 4.5 years in operations and product management {as a de facto Product Manager} for a startup called Subscribe, a SaaS alternative investment platform. Since graduating from Dartmouth in 2017, I’ve worked for startups in health tech and ride-share, in addition to fintech. I really enjoy probing client challenges and coming up with creative solutions to solve their problems while serving as a bridge between clients and the development team. I’ve become an expert at observing user pain points, digesting feedback and predicting future challenges and opportunities, and designing solutions and planning their implementation, all while managing client relationships.As I plan the next step of my career, I’m focused on Product Management roles. During my last summer of college I became the first employee at a start-up launched in Harvard’s Innovation Lab that was focused on using granular data analytics to boost physical therapy patient outcomes. As someone who had done a lot of PT, I understood the problem of measuring progress and encouraging adherence to protocol. Fast forward five years later, I’m committed to combining my interest in using data to track health outcomes with my experience in product management.
