Managing the Salon front desk, including but not limited to:- Answering all incoming calls to the salon and convey information to current and potential clients- Booking and confirming appointments - Keeping the desk and front area clean and presentable for clients- Other clerical duties such as photocopying / scanning documents for the Salon Owner- Online marketing for the Salon including upkeep of the Facebook page and replying to online reviews.- Making sure clients are comfortable while visiting the Salon.- Cashing clients out at the end of their appointments, offering the Salon's monthly offers and pre-booking appointments.
