Mr. Westergom is the founder of Manhattan Hospitality Advisors (MHA) and is a veteran hotelier whose background includes asset management, hotel/resort operations, international marketing, investment relations and real estate development including many of the top 25 hotels and resorts in the World.MHA divides its practice into four areas of expertise, (1) asset management, (2) receiverships and distressed asset repositionings (3) new construction, renovation and project management, (4) general hospitality consulting. MHA has provided oversight on such prestigious projects as the Four Seasons Resort Maui, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas, Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, Renaissance Las Vegas, Bryant Park Hotel, the Shore Club in South Beach, the Rosewood Resort in Fiji, Rosewood Celeste Resort in Punta Mita, Mexico, Resort at La Punta Papagayo in Costa Rica and The Bluff Resort in Cayman Brac.
