20 years experience under the belt this year. You can’t buy experience and every day we are constantly learning. What have I learnt? Treat people as you want to be treated. Pay and be paid. Listen to people. Don’t be greedy. Solve problems don’t create them. You can’t have speed and accuracy. To get the jobs we do to the standards they need to be especially the German house bases you need to work methodically plan your work and work your plan. Check and double check measurements and levels. Most importantly enjoy your work and make time to enjoy your family and the people around you who support you that enables you to do what you do best to support them.
