As a Team Leader, I am responsible for the welfare and success of a team of up to 9 - total cohort 16. This includes Program development, financials, logistics, event coordination, crisis management, conflict management, counselling, administration, managing Project partners, ensuring Project and Program sustainability and impact, and recruitment for Leadership.Specifically, I have been involved in Fuel Sustainability, a project focused on the following objectives;• Led and spearheaded collection of primary data on fuel and energy use to investigate sustainable methods of manufacturing and sourcing including viability of bio-waste fuels,• Expanded testing, research by 80%, and refinement of designs to improve performance based on analysis of quantitative data. Executing 4 bio-waste solutions for in depth testing.• Developed policy options for addressing climate change challenges, presented to qualified humanitarian engineers and professional for further academic use, upgrading business model and securing client-base expansion by 40%.- Development of partnerships with potential large-scale manufacturers

The ventures aim to solve the most pressing social problems facing underdeveloped communities Asia, the Pacific and Africa. As a trekker, I worked towards developing innovative ways to help the poor access healthcare, education and employment through sustainable business models that accelerate the pace of social change. Specifically, my focus was on developing the Water Sustainability and Sanitation. A venture focused on analysing preexisting infrastructure, to determine optimum distribution, ideal storage and provide consultation in order to innovate and iterate on current standards.
