I have 3+ years of experience working in Corporate Development and M&A, currently serving as a Corporate Development & Strategic Planning Analyst with Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc., the parent company to Steinway & Sons, the piano manufacturer. In this role, I have combined technical skills of financial modeling and corporate reporting design with professional communication skills to lead the company through IPO preparation, monthly FP&A reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting, and other high level strategic projects director from CEO and CFO. My prior role provides experience in sell-side Mergers & Acquisition, working on behalf of middle market companies to close 19 deals valued at over $300mm in 18 months. These roles have provided me with extensive experience within manufacturing, business services, and retail industries, but willing and eager to work in any industry. I graduated in 2020 from Lehigh University's Integrated Business & Engineering (IBE) Program with a B.S. in Finance & Mechanical Engineering, with minors in Business Information Systems & Music.I bring to an organization an easygoing and reliable team members, always pushing to simplify and expedite processes, asking questions to ensure alignment across teams and departments, and taking pride in the accuracy and presentation of my work.
