I currently supervise a team of up to 12 on any given night. I manage the delivery on my shift, ensuring the system is up to date and the storefront and stockroom are fully stocked. I delegate breaks being mindful of what member of staff is where on the floor. I regularly deal with the till and cash handling. I also oversee any problems that may arise and deal with the situations in an effective and calm manner. I liaise with the managers to do end of night cash.

As a stockroom assistant my role was to ensure all stock was correctly processed and tagged and scanned into the system. I stocked the shop floor, making sure the required number of items was placed on the correct shelving unit. I handled deliveries of customers items, placing them in the correct area, to enabled the shop floor team to easily acquire the item.

I had to learn a varied drinks menu to serve customers. I also acted as a waiter to V.I.P customers. I worked within a team and using my own initiative. I was friendly and polite and ensured their orders were served promptly.
