My role as a Play Worker requires me to run parties in a laser tag arena and soft play. I run parties for people aged 3+ which requires me to have good customer service as I have to correspond with parents as well as children.

Whilst at PMJ Accountants it was my job to do admin work and I also had the opportunity to shadow and help staff. The admin work consisted of scanning over 1000 client files to convert PMJ onto a paperless system. Another task of mine was to organise confidential waste for the office and order its disposal by communicating directly with the company.

My job role required me to place leaflets into paper and then deliver the papers to over 200 houses weekly. It was my responsibility that the papers were never late and had the correct leaflets within them.
