In June 2015 I completed a 4 year course in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Salford Manchester, graduating with a very respectable 2:1 Hons BEng.After completing my course I toyed with the idea of staying on and committing myself to the Master course, but instead I chose to opt out and begin seeking employment in an engineering field, as well perusing a career in the British Armed Forces.Thanks to a full 3 year service in the UOTC at University I have learnt to organize myself and a team very well and have developed a great amount of communication skills. I use these skills on a day to day bases now within in hobbies and normal life.Personally, I like to think of myself as a hard working individual, who rarely waits for work to find me. I am always keen to offer my assistance to another person, or take on additional work if I find myself without any, which also then satisfies my desire to develop myself into a better, more rounded work member.Outside of work, I have a decent array of hobbies, including playing rugby for my local team, which encourages me to adapt in many different situations and learn from a huge number of different people. secondly I love going to the gym. I feel the gym is a hugely social place, where you are surrounded by like minded people who all have a goal they are aiming towards, which helps maintain the direction I have chosen in life.
