20+ years in the technology industry developing and growing key programs and activities supporting business objectives in a global fortune 100 company. During the last 18 years I've had opportunities that allowed me to lead strategic initiatives, practices supporting various ITIL derived programs and processes as well as methodologies across IT and the factory. My latest work was in the acquisition of Samsung print for HP Inc. Spending right at 5 months in Korea and traveling to Yokohama, Japan as well as Weihai China, myself and another team member (Brandon Warren) completed site survey’s, directed data and network activities and led cutover for Day1. This project was a great success and the largest ($1.5b) HP Inc. MADO activity to date.Going back a bit, from January of 2015 forward I've been a critical leader for separation activities at HP and HPE. During the first year I developed the campaign and training efforts for the server factory supporting REIP(readdressing) and server builds for the 2 new companies. I produced and maintained video led training, SharePoint wikis and administration of documentation with technical writers. I then transitioned into a strategic planning and execution manager position with application launches for both companies. My work was recognized by John Hinshaw, Meg Whitman and others in the C level staff for "Critical 42" financial applications. This work continued through October of 2015 transitioning our work primarily from the US to Mexico. My team trained a new server factory team in Guadalajara Mexico that consisted of HP employees and a local outsourced partner. Following formal split, I served in a PMO role managing the remaining separation projects. My largest projects for this period were the remote compute space locations we have across all regions of the globe, segregation of manufacturing, partner connectivity and next generation data center reIP.
