Role of job: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist\US IT Recruiter RESPONSIBILITIES:• US IT Staffing with extensive experience.•Have pre-work experience with Direct Clients along with US citizens who are Consultants and Hiring Managers.• Responsible for handling End to the End Recruitment process• Able to source candidates for multiple clients from Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn, and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry.• Able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone• Able to use their experience to meet the targets set by the manager.• Good experience in working with Direct Clients.• Worked with Citizens and Green Card holders.• understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099. • Have experience in placing C2C, C2H, and full-time positions.• Technically Strong.• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
