- Designing and implementing field based sessions for individual player and team development. - Delivering appropriate sessions, with players aged between 2-18 years old, on the technical, tactical, psychological and physical facets of the game. - Assisting in child development through FUNdamental soccer classes at Child Care Centers under the Learning Care Group, such as La Petite and Childtime. - Camp director duties on camps with as many as 70 children. Responsibilities include child safety, ensuring coaches deliver age and ability-appropriate sessions, and the completion of all administrative tasks. Camp experience in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey & Vermont. - Delivering coaching clinics to volunteer coaches and clinic-style sessions to teams aged 3-6 years old. - Bringing in new business through the development of new relationships and maintaining an excellent standard of work. - Identifying players for club teams through scouting and try-outs. - Building and maintaining short and long-term relationships with parents, players, coaches, club presidents, and school staff, to provide them with any necessary support and the best experience possible. -Baltimore region Coach of the Year 2016.

- Designs and implements field based sessions for U14 boys, U15 & U16 girls teams. - Provides off-field support to further increase understanding and passion. - Assists in talent identification through try-outs and recruitment decisions. - Assists in game day process (warm-ups, tactics, line-ups). - Maintains communication with other coaches and parents to ensure goals are matched.

- Teaching children aged between 2-5 years old fundamental motor skills and important social and emotional skills. - Making a conscious effort to interact with children in the classroom as well as on the soccer field. - Building a relationship with teachers and parents to offer necessary support and align group objectives.

- Providing exceptional customer service at the biggest and busiest Tesco store in the area. This service includes checking product stock levels and facilitating an excellent customer experience.

- Designing and implementing appropriate sessions for 4th and 5th grade classes, developing fundamental technical abilities and cohesive group work- Organising and overseeing weekly little league games- Ensuring players have the necessary equipment to play safely- Assisting in school activity days- Building a relationship with players, teachers and administrative staff to ensure that objectives meet the needs and objectives of the school and players

- Designing and implementing field based sessions for individual player and team development- Adapting to the needs and expectations of each individual coach and team - Working with 8-10 teams ranging from U9 - U18 on fundamental technical abilities, tactical awareness, and necessary psychological skills- Building a relationship with parents, players, club president and coaches in order to ensure each team and individual player receives the desired outcomes - Offering support and new ideas to volunteer coaches

My roles included team leader and supervisor roles at Latitude Festival (2010, 2011, 2012), Leeds Festival (2010, 2011, 2012), The Ashes (2014), and The Open Championship (2014). My teams of between 5 -30 people were responsible for a number of different tasks including disposal of mass waste, cleaning and maintenance of specific areas of the arenas. I also had the privilege of being a supervisor at the All England Lawn Tennis Club Championships (2011, 2012, 2013) and the Olympic Tennis (2012) held at Wimbledon. My role was that of a supervisor responsible for multiple teams within the Centre Court facility. The main task was to ensure that an excellent standard of cleaning was undertaken in order to maintain the highest of standards set by the All England Club. The night shift role placed an added pressure to the job as we were responsible for ensuring the whole site was returned to a perfect condition for each day of play. At the conclusion of the 2013 Championships I was awarded the Night Shift Supervisor of the Year Award.

I provided specific performance feedback for Bury FC Youth Academy. This feedback would be related to specific aspects the coach wanted to look at in each match. Feedback was provided in the form of statistics supported by video footage. Individual player profiles were also produced as a motivational tool.
