Contracting to HP, part of a new managed service, currently working within the SAM (Software Asset Management) space looking at better ways to manage software licences and the process behind the procurement of them. The end goal of the managed service is to create new processes that save the customer time and money, avoiding late fees and managing software better.I will also be talking a role with the config space and using my specialists skills within the HP tools to help administer uCMDB, tasks include but not limited to:Administering the toolMaintenance of the toolDiscovery of customer environment

Spent 2 and a half years working within central government in ICT Operation Technology group, specialising in IT Infrastructure system monitoring and application/system management, using tools such as HP OM, Service Manger 9.3 uCMDB, VuGen, BSM /BAC, HP Reporter and SCOM but my skills are in no way limited to this..As well as looking after these tools and operating them, I looked after Hyper V servers and create Virtual Machines, mainly for use within the monitoring platform but not isolated to this.
