Determine the strategic direction of the station, apply for broadcasting and music licensing, chair the core committee, identify and troubleshoot problems, deal with disputes that arise amongst committee members, sit on the board of directors.

Building the day-to-day schedule, organising studio and equipment booking, partaking in committee decisions about the station's future.
