Direct Care Counselors spend the most time with the clients. They support each client’s physical and psychological wellbeing at all times; they may provide one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis, as directed by the clinical team. They assist clients with their nutritional healing as they supervise clients during meal times, including self-portioning and post-meal processing. Direct care staff complete accurate and timely documentation of group therapy, meal sessions, and client behavior and presentation.

Primary responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries, and registering and licensing vehicles. A fleet logistics supervisor oversees all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance.Fleet logistics supervisors ensure that vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potential safely and cost-effectively. Besides operational concerns, fleet logistics supervisors also have a role in a company’s human resources, administrative, and finance-related tasks.
