2023 was an ideal season to join the membership team and some of the highlights have included a diverse range of responsibilities from members events on match day as well as engagement events including member milestone functions, Open training sessions, interstate meet and greets and Buck To Broncos Clinics. Covering everything from Product and service inquiries at the membership marquee, Ticketing inquiries, proactive use CRM, Fan engagement running and MC'ing members competitions, liaising with local talent for members bar performances, accreditation services and being an extra set of hands when needed.
