• Responsible for Ericsson wireless product sales in Hubei, including the development and maintenance of new or old customers and the achieve sales targets.• Regular visit to target customers, pro-active to guide customers and analysis customer needs, develop a reasonable solution, responsible for the solution details, negotiations, tracking the work of the relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation of the program;• Deeply analysis customer needs, through the approach like pilot, seminar, multi-level-break to promote the completion of high-margin product sales targets;• Maintain good business relationship with existing customers, update company product information, and convey customer enterprise and brand culture timely;

• Responsible for Ericsson Hubei Unicom RAN network and all product line solutions sales, lead IP&Cloud,wireless, network management / business settlement, TV/Media team, sales strategy, customerrelationship maintenance, to provide customers with high quality products, complete the establishedperformance.• Develop local products and marketing strategies to enhance the company's market competitiveness byunderstanding the customer development needs and the industry environment and tracking competitors.• Participate in business negotiations and develop the bidding plan, continue to follow up the project,prompting customers to carry out a new product pilot, responsible for the business effect and sales.• Responsible for channel market research, collect market information and feedback to customers,participate in the maintenance of customer relationships, regularly submit the work report, and summarizethe new ideas and new proposals to expand their business, and provide support for the company'sstrategic decision.
