For Owens Design, I am responsible for identifying and maintaining strategic markets and accounts as well as the demand generation for our sales pipeline. I meet regularly with executive management teams and stakeholders to help them develop strategies and actions to transition from prototype level activities to production volume capabilities. Whether it is related to automating their equipment or production lines or general equipment development strategies, I have consulted with over 75 companies in the high tech industry. Within Owens Design, I review business proposals, provide focused directions to program managers and engineers, and engage in daily customer interactions. I also organize and host marketing events such as technical seminars and tradeshows to help brand the Owens Design name.

I was responsible for both the ALD and 200mm vertical furnace product lines. Traveled frequently to customers to discuss technical requirements and managed engineering priorities.

I managed a team of engineers to develop multiple CVD and ALD product lines for a division of ASML located in Scotts Valley. Responsible for R&D lab systems for purpose of engineering R&D and customer demos. I was frequently assigned to take on advance development projects and technology transfers from business acquisitions. In addition to in house development projects, I traveled often to customer sites to help troubleshoot issues in the field.
