1. Manage various internal ERP related projects in Greater China basis, as PM2.Manage the Merger & Acquisition BU's ERP integration / business process standardization projects in Greater China basis, as PM.3.Manage the SalesForce.com implementation/maintenance4.Support the project/service module on Asia basis, including Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, HongKong, Macau, Taiwan, China5.Propose and implement effective solutions based on business requirements while analyzing and evaluating the impact of current processes/business systems.6. Support of IT compliance audits (both internal and SOX).

Be responsible to gather, discuss, define, optimize business requirements. Define project scope and project timeline.Be responsible to negotiate with implementation partner. Total cost control, customization control, risk control, team building, etc.Take the responsibility to implement ERP based on Oracle EBS to support the finance and logistics operation.Take the responsibility to develop and deploy EDI system with third-party logistics.Take the responsibility to implement CRM and approve management system.Collect and analyze business data to support the management decision.IT asset management.Build website. Take the responsibility for the security audit. Comply with the related regulation from Toshiba group.Besides the above work, create related IT policy, standard and process to comply with IT policy from Toshiba group and UTC group. Codinate with the auditor and other departments for the annual full audit and SOX audit.

Lead the development and deploy the customer service management system including franchise management, employee management, potential customer track, marketing activity management, course management, man-hour management, KPI management and approve matrix management.Act as a consultant to take part in other departments’ process engineering. For example: development of logistics processes, tax calculation for finance department, data mining based on the request of auditor.The deployment of Exchange server mail systemThe development, deployment and maintenance of websitesEstablish finance system with U861 and Citrix platform. Accomplish the implement of Citrix System independently.Be responsible of business process for new brand ‘thinktown’.Be responsible for drawing up the IT department’s annual budget.
