Phi Chi Theta is a national co-ed business fraternity specializing in the fields of business and economics. The Mission of Phi Chi Theta is to• provide an opportunity to develop and practice those professional leadership skills and abilities necessary to succeed in the business community;• provide a local and national network to share resources, ideas, and concepts;• instill in its membership those values, codes, and creeds which will enable participation in a rapidly changing world; and• enable members to develop the business astuteness necessary to achieve high esteem and success in their chosen fields.Member in good standing, are eligible to apply for scholarships that are awarded annually through the Fraternity and the Phi Chi Theta Educational Foundation.Phi Chi Theta is a member of and affiliated with the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Professional Fraternity Association (PFA) and the Professional Fraternity Executive Association (PFEA).

• Brainstormed business ideas that fit into the current economic trend and have the potential of generating positive cash flow in the near future• Create multi-year marketing plans and IMCs to promote the products and to accurately estimate the number of potential buyers of our products• Responsible for product design and designing the supply chain to ensure the quality of our products• Built a multi-year @RISK Monte Carlo simulation to run business plan scenarios across marketing, operations, and financial variables to mitigate risk and optimize profitability• Conducted sensitivity analysis to evaluate capital expenditures, marketing strategies, logistics, process flows, and economic conditions to deliver the business strategy in a quantitative and coherent context

Selected as one of the class representatives by my class, I was assigned to complete some of themost important tasks, such as senior class gift, senior versus faculty games, and graduation preparation.

I was nominated and voted by faculties to become the proctor for Atlass Dorm, which is thebiggest dormitory for boys on campus. In charge of almost 70 students’ safety and activities, Ineeded to hold meetings, going over rules, and plan activities in order to enrich students' highschool experience.

Joining McDonald’s during the summer of 2016, I attended the orientation program and worked with the Human Resources Department. Given the task of hiring an intern, I successfully hired another intern who fits well into the job all by myself during the internship.
