As a shift manager at Revesby McDonald’s my main role was the daily running of the store, leading up to 25 crew members in delivering quality customer service in as short a time as possible. I was in charge of on-the-floor training during my shifts, as well as cash handling, inventory control, assisting with rostering, answering telephone calls and dealing with customer complaints and concerns.
