As a driven and passionate professional, Foley has a wealth of experience in creating and managing successful projects. His entrepreneurial journey began in high school with the launch of ReYuze Cases, a company that produced phone cases made from 100% recycled plastic sourced from Haiti. With a mission to help stop child labor in the country, Foley donated 10% of the company's profits to related charities. This initiative received coverage from the Columbus Dispatch, Recycling Today, and other publications.In late 2018, Foley left ReYuze Cases to focus on a new project, Project New Social, which aimed to develop socially responsible software. However, despite his efforts, the team faced challenges in creating a value proposition for customers and competing in a monopolistic industry. Undeterred, Foley used his network and resources to assemble a top-notch team and achieved success in late 2021 by pivoting the project to offer its code as a white-label social platform.Foley joined MintLeads as Chief of Staff, where he was responsible for driving the success and growth of the company and its sub-divisions. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and COO, he provided strategic direction and managed the organization's day-to-day operations. Foley played a crucial role in improving efficiency, communication, and decision-making by creating and implementing effective processes.Currently, as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at MintLeads, Foley is managing two business units, overseeing their growth and operational efficiency. He leads cross-functional teams and works closely with all departments to align goals and drive results.
