- Built out Calm’s B2B Sales & Marketing Ops functions during a period of rapid growth ($0-$25M ARR)- Owned modeling/forecasting, pricing, sales comp, reporting, systems, lead routing, territory mgmt- Managed a team of 2 (Salesforce Developer, Deal Desk Analyst) + hired 2 replacements (Systems Admin, Sales Ops Analyst)

- Designed and implemented a fully-automated fund-pricing and approvals system- Facilitated 30+ individual stakeholder meetings, 5+ large-group working sessions, and readouts to sales executives in order to synthesize sales tribal knowledge into a Rules-of-Engagement knowledge base - Partnered with Financial Products Lead to build pipeline management infrastructure in SFDC - Scaled the Sales Ops team by recruiting, onboarding & mentoring new hires- Built forecasting function for Carta’s Investor Services team, facilitating meetings and partnering with the VP of Sales to make weekly improvements to the process - Built dashboards used by AEs, Managers, and Executives to report on revenue and manage KPIs- Diagnosed and resolved data discrepancies for Salesforce account, contact, and lead objects

- Built Carta’s first Deal Desk framework and scaled it to support a 150+ person sales org- Iterated and improved Deal Desk processes with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Accounting- Redesigned and streamlined engagement letters and order forms in partnership with Legal- Performed core functions (approvals, deal reviews, etc.) in parallel
