I am a lifelong organic farmer, naturalist, systems thinker and family member. My personal, professional and organizational focus is on co-creating community action through joy, nature and farming. Lessons learned as a land steward. thought leader and active community member have guided my continued cultivation of landscapes and social ecosystems that create relationships with myself, others and common place. I am a founding member, farmer and Chief Agroecolgy Office at Stone Barns Center since 2003. Through this organization, I co-lead partnerships with research institutions, state government, agricultural and other nonprofit organizations to care for land, feed people and establish healthy living community. I advise foundations and emerging organization focused on multi-stakeholder agricultural, regenerative systems and projects. In addition, I serve several boards and committees ranging from organic farmer advocacy, plant and seed security, bioregional policy, marketing and regenerative systems change.
