Formally of Prudential, Wealth Management Solutions became part of Envestnet in July of 2013. • Design and develop monthly financial reporting packages that includes KPIs and operational metrics, full P&L by business unit, trend analysis, and variance analysis to provide senior leaders with insight into business performance and financial trends. • Develop financial models to support short-term forecasting and long-term strategic plan and budgeting including support for new product development, M&A opportunities, and pricing analysis. • Deliver and implement a pricing framework to drive a unified pricing strategy and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across sales, relationship management, accounting and legal allowing for greater transparency on the profitability of customers, business lines and new business opportunities. • Manage the short-term incentive compensation plans and implementation of new incentive schemes. • Serve as the Chair of the Pricing Committee which has oversight for the economics and contract structure for new business and key customer relationships. • Coordinated the business execution and implementation of a sustainable data business projected to create annual revenue of $25mm+. Managed all aspects of design, UAT, enhancements, training and support.• Managed key client relationships including reviewing investment options and conducting menu analysis to ensure competitive products are available for their clients.• Collaborated across functional business groups to identify business risks and establish action plans to manage residual risk.• Oversee the business unit vendor governance function with responsibility for a $3m vendor budget. Successfully reduced annual spend by >25% through targeted vendor consolidation and contract renegotiation.

Responsible for managing the Investment Analytics group. This included the delivery of over 2,000 quantitative reports to financial advisors and the management of staff and budget.• Executed on the development and implementation of new analytics and research deliverables to evolve the business model while serving existing and prospective clients’ needs. • Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools that allow for increased efficient analytical capabilities. • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies in order to identify and make recommendations on opportunities. • Led initiative to assess international business opportunities. This encompassed everything from developing a business proposal, directing the RFP process, interviewing prospective partners and recommending potential partnerships to senior management.
