I have enjoyed working in the Real Estate industry since 2002. I have seen a lot of people come and go in this business. I have found the thing that makes me the most comfortable in this industry is being able to stay true to my values and treat everyone equal regardless of who they are or where they come from. and yet when I need to be aggressive on getting a deal done for my clients at the best possible price, I am able to step up my game and get the job done. In addition to working with traditional buyers and sellers, I have been working with Freddie Mac and several banks on listing and marketing their foreclosed home portfolio for the past 15 years, giving me a vast understanding of what it takes to take an asset from checking occupancy to sold.
