Surveying and platting focused on commercial development. Worked primarily with civil engineering firms and commercial developers. Typical work included:-Records research and field prep, preparation of deed sketches, field crew coordination-Data reduction using Eaglepoint and Civil3d 2014/2015.-Topographic and boundary surveys.-Preparation of ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, typically including topo and trees. Work is inclusive of Texas and Oklahoma (PLSS/rectangular).-Preparation of plats in a wide variety of municpalities, including Dallas/Fort Worth/Garland. -Preparation of easement exhibits and legal descriptions necessary to the development process.-Preparation of 2d asbuilt surveys.
