He is a physicist and specializes in semiconductor, software, artificial intelligence (including GenAI) mechanical, blockchain, fintech, and medical device technologies.Jack is recognized by Chambers USA (Tier 1), Legal 500, and IP STARS as a leading intellectual property expert. He was selected by Legal Times as one of the top 15 IP lawyers in the Washington Metro Area. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and has appeared as an expert commentator on CNN and Bloomberg television.
