As Press Officer, I handled my own roster of print & online press campaigns for major and indie labels, artists and management companies. I planned international press strategies for artists & releases in alignment with the label's marketing timelines, and then delivered exceptional, well-targeted & relevant coverage across print & online, specialist, lifestyle, fashion, international and national media. Depending on what was required, I secured everything from reviews, takeovers, premieres and profiles to multi-page interview spreads and cover features. Sadly, award-winning music press agency Anorak has now closed its doors for good - but throughout its life, its uniquely talented team saw them deliver exceptional campaigns for the most prestigious of clients including Foals, Metronomy, Hudson Mohawke, Groove Armada, Field Day & Bugged Out Weekender.At Anorak, I worked as a PR intern assisting on artist & events campaigns as well as the day-to-day intern duties. I arranged promo days, filmed sessions & interviews, performed regular audits and blogger outreach, as well as asset organisation.
