Since then, I've held various machine learning IC and leadership roles at Fi, Wayfair, Trunk Club, and GoHealth. I've built and managed data teams ranging from 2 to 15. I most recently served as VP of Data Science at Fi, before leaving to found Lambda League.🚀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗱𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲… I founded Lambda League to solve the inefficiencies I faced as a technical hiring manager when trying to build my own teams, as well as the challenges faced by candidates in a highly congested job market.
