• Managed the production and distribution of food in a $75 million, 24/7, non-union operation. Products produced were soy protein concentrate (SPC), textured soy protein concentrate (TSPC) and deoiled lecithin. • Instituted Total Productive Maintenance which reduced downtime by 20% in TSPC production.
