I'm a young professional in the wine industry who's passionate about small producers, eccentric bottles, and the storytelling of wine. I believe that wine is one of the fundamental fabrics that connects the global community, and my goal is to be able to connect as many different people with fantastic, under-the-radar producers telling the story of their terroir.A majority of my work in wine has been in retail, working in different styles of shop with different clienteles. I've sold high production value-based wines on a large scale, as well as high-end sought-after labels in boutique settings. I firmly believe that regardless of the client, the story of each wine is integral to the sales process. My passion for the people behind the wines are what sets each experience apart.I've also freelanced for a large wine publication, Meininger's Wine Business International. I wrote a story during my brief time in Tasmania, Australia, around how these cool-climate winemakers are combating climate change. I profiled a small producer near the island state's eastern coastline, as well as a viticulturist at the University of Tasmania.
