Data analysis of multiple business areas to identify and remediate any potential issues/gaps before being published as live data:o Creation and implementation of SQL queries to identify any informalities in the data i.e. duplicate data, spelling errors etc.Weekly reports to Senior Stakeholders. This includes:o Present data insights into thematic trends for the previous weeks completed ticketso Review SLA data and present performance against SLAs, highlighting any exceptions/breaches as a risk.o Report findings via Group wide communications, inclusive off all relevant senior stakeholders.Data Management within multiple business areas, inclusive of live data updates, trend analysis, Live proving/testing and senior stakeholder reporting. Below is a working example of a day-to-day activity:o Data is received from the business and then analysed via SQL to ensure the data is whole has no informalities or duplicate data i.e. Duplicate Barcodes. o If the data is received without specific information such as warehouse details (if the product is a liquid, has an expiry date, HAZMAT etc) I would communicate with the supply chain to obtain in required information. o If this information is not obtained, there is a risk that couriers won't be able to ship/transport products, causing impact to both the company and end customer receiving the product.Responsible for managing customer service improvement projects within Myprotein, keeping the customer at the front of mind and where possible replicating across other business areas.
