A 3rd Year, PhD student passionate about utilising research to maximise the development of athletes within elite organisations. Since graduating and completing my Masters degree, i have evaluated and help implement performance changes at the national level for a Commonwealth sport as an independent reviewer. More recently, i have been working within the performance pathway system as a researcher, implementing my own methodology and data analysis protocols, aiming to produce holistic athlete profiles for the 2028 LA Olympic Games.I have first class degrees and 5 years of experience working within both psychology and physiology at the highest level of sport (Commonwealth & Olympics), Recently (2023) have been an invited key speaker for World Rowing at their annual coaches conferences. When not working on my research, I also work roles in Identify verification and data entry for both the NHS and university examinations. When not working i will almost certainly be watching football (reluctantly at The Hawthorns!)
