Day to day management of the workplace testing programme for over 350 Home Office staff in the Leeds area. Staff at a major Home Office office and immigration enforcement facility are tested twice weekly at our impressive temporary asymptomatic testing facility. Responsibilities include workforce management (and scheduling /absence management ect), operative training, toolbox talks, inventory / stock control and stakeholder management. Supervision and motivation of operatives is important to ensure continual compliance with SOP (and frequently updated clinical guidance), as well as liaison with the Home Office and Department of Health. With this comes sole responsibility for development, maintenance and compliance management of risk assessments as well as the implementation of new standard operating procedures or updated Government guidance across the operation.

Working at a range of venues, primarily sporting stadiums, I hold a regular position at football, rugby and cricket venues as well as experience in a variety of roles at one-off events such as the festivals and marathons. My wide range of duties have included overseeing search, response, stewarding, pitch protection, hospitality, traffic management and more. During the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to assist the Regional Operations Manager and oversee G4S staff at the Regional Testing Centre and it's further seven mobile centres. These are operational roles that include site security, stewarding, check-in roles and traffic marshals. With up to 15 direct reports on site, I also oversee the scheduling of personnel to ensure a consistent, high quality 24hr security operation as well as welfare of on-site staff throughout the shift across our Mobile Centres.
