This role at TSI was extremely valuable in my development as a business professional. In the time I worked there, I handled over $2,800,000 dollars in sales transactions, professionally fielded hundreds of phone calls with customers ranging from NASA to local hospitals to the secret service, and through it all maintained a 99%+ log percentage of customer interactions. Coming from a marketing/sales background, this position was extremely eye opening to what goes on behind the scenes to make things work without a hitch. Lord knows I will NEVER take customer support for granted again.

This allowed me to develop a targeted posting plan that (when implemented) saw average likes-per-post increase from 60 to 125. (108% increase in engagement)
