I started working for Webtogs in their shop and worked my way up their warehouse and then finally to the customer services department. Over the summer of 2009 I populated the website’s entire Winter 2009 line to the required deadline. This involved finding images, technical details and prices for over 1500 products.I had to deal with various companies across Europe to source information, prices and pictures about products. My customer services duties involved dealing with customer queries on products, orders and returns. As a part of the customer services team I had to keep up-to date with all the latest technologies in the outdoor clothing and equipment industry so that I could answer any question.
