- Worked on three live deals across M&A and restructuring products within Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry group and Financial Institutions Group (FIG)- Only undergraduate deal team member in the restructuring of Voyager Digital cryptocurrency exchange platform, assisting directly with valuation, diligence, buyer outreach, client engagement, and bankruptcy filings and proceedings- Actively participated in two live M&A sell side processes, working closely with international sponsors and clients to identify points of value and facilitate an efficient due diligence and sale process of multi-billion dollar assets- Received return offer
