The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs. I was selected for the Fulbright-LUT University Graduate Award by the National Screening Committee (NSC) of the Institute of International Education (IIE) and the Fulbright Finland Foundation. During my time at LUT University, I received an Electrical Engineering M.Sc. in Tech. degree with a specialization in Electrical Drives, which was funded through the U.S. Fulbright Program and the Fulbright Finland Foundation.

Intel's mission is to utilize the power of Moore's Law to bring smart, connected devices to every person on earth.Accomplishments:• Gained experience in the maintenance and operation of electrical systems contributing to the continuous empowerment of manufacturing facilities• Implemented SCADA (Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition) system to monitor site electrical power systems responsible for the reliability and sustainability of thousands of critical manufacturing equipment• Managed interdisciplinary team to restore functionality of communications and electrical power systems contributing to site SCADA development• Educated engineers on the site development and imperative use of Schneider Electric’s SCADA software for future site malfunctions and load projections• Advised technicians working on the hardware installation of communications and electrical systems

Tesla believes the faster the world stops relying on fossil fuels and moves towards a zero-emission future, the better.Accomplishments:• Contributed to the modeling of electrical systems, as a member of the Gigafactory 1 Construction Facilities Electrical Design team, for constructing portions of the future largest factory on Earth using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD• Generated mathematical analyses for inbound and outbound loads on medium voltage emergency electrical power systems to determine functionality of existing and viability of future equipment per N.E.C. (National Electric Code)• Produced Medium Voltage Photovoltaic System design with the incorporation of energy storage to energize existing Gigafactory 1 infrastructure• Improved Electrical Design team’s schematics of Gigafactory 1 electrical systems through updates from both field and design work• Expanded existing as-built designs of high voltage and medium voltage electrical distribution to further detail the growing system• Delivered technical presentations on design and analysis projects as well as weekly electrical site load examination from substation power monitor readings• Accelerated standby power implementation for existing mechanical and process equipment deemed “mission critical”• Gained design expertise through interdisciplinary design, modeling and construction of new factory equipment

The advanced technological integration enhances student achievement, effectiveness of instruction, and efficiency of the district. The Technology Department strives to provide current equipment and adequate professional development for teachers, administrators and staff.Accomplishments:• Installed basic computer software for over 200 units• Conducted backup safety precautions for over 100 units to install new units• Replaced computer hardware including jumpers, graphics cards, and RAM• Participated in organization and assessment of over 100 units• Supported collection of devices for recycling

B-C-D Metal Products, Inc. provides machine shop services such as sheet metal fabrication, sheeting, CNC, metal stamping, welding & brazing, tube-bending and precision machining.
