Veteran Franchise Group LLC, dba Veteran Service Brands, is the umbrella organization for four affiliated Veteran-only franchise brands: G-FORCE Parking Lot Striping, MACH ONE Epoxy Floors, FIELD OPS Athletic Field Markings, and PAINT CORPS Residential and Commercial Painters. Veteran Service Brands functions as the recruitment and branding/marketing arm for all four brands and promotes cross-brand partnerships and business opportunities.

Recruited to create and edit official communiqués for the Delta Master Executive Council (MEC), which functions as the representative union governing body of the Air Line Pilots Association, and the Delta MEC Master Chairman during contract negotiations on behalf of over 13,000 Delta pilots. Took projects from concept to completion. Generated content for association and chairman public position papers, managed information flow to the union membership through updates and PR efforts in support of bargaining positions for a multi-billion/multi-year pilot working agreement.

YELLOW DAWG STRIPING was the very first Line Striping franchise concept in the country and the second "DAWG" of the BLACK DAWG Franchise Group portfolio, focusing on commercial parking lot line striping. As part of our support for returning Iraq and Afghanistan military veterans, and in conjunction with Graco and Sherwin-Williams, we donated a complete YELLOW DAWG franchise package, including trailer, graphics, Graco line striping machine, traffic paints and waived the franchise fee for a Purple Heart Veteran in 2010.

Singlehandedly launched BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT Franchise. Created co-branded franchises - YELLOW DAWG STRIPING and BLUE DAWG POWER WASH. Successfully launched multi-brand franchises in NH, ME, MA, NJ, PA, VA, FL and OH.

Launched BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT in 2005. In one year, took over the market from long time competitors that had been complacent in marketing, customer service and web presence. Endured and successfully defeated multiple online attacks and hijacking of trademarks from weaker, frustrated competitors. With no franchise experience, used hands on, self-funded effort to launch franchise concept in less than one year from initial start. Expanded via franchise system throughout NH, ME, MA, NJ, PA, VA and OH.

Elected to represent the First Officers of local Council 66 during contract negotiations for C2K (Contract 2000). Established bargaining goals and oversaw negotiating direction as a member of the Master Executive Council.

Taught all things Starlifter; primarily aerial refueling.
