• Created an expense comparable database that allowed anyone to quickly filter through expenses from different property types in various locations to compare the subject property's expenses to surrounding properties.
• Created a quick value add model to test the returns from a renovation program with different premiums and renovation costs to allow brokers to have a concrete idea of the renovation program they want to put in place.
• Presented the database and model to the Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Chairman to explain the functionality of both workbooks.

Fairfax, VA

• Worked at the Amberleigh, a 752 unit apartment complex in Fairfax, Virginia, that had recently been acquired by Kettler.
• Helped raise occupancy percentage from 87% in May to 91.5% at the end of July by limiting the number of current residents that moved out while also increasing the amount of people moving in at the property.
• Leased 73 apartments during my time at the Amberleigh using both English and Spanish to communicate with potential residents.

• Networked with potential residents through Lead2Lease.com in order to schedule a tour of the building to potentially increase occupancy at the building.
• Served as the first line of communication with current residents by answering their questions over the phone or in person to accommodate the needs of every resident, so that each resident had the best experience.
