IT Technician for the Laurus Trust with a masters in Cyber Security and an undergraduate degree in Computer Networking, Forensics and Security.Some of the duties in my current role include:Working as part of a team to provide first line technical support to end users.Providing technical advice to school staff and providing IT support & setup during lessons and events where required.Assisting with the installation, development, maintenance and upgrading of software packages.Assisting with the development and maintenance of the network infrastructure including, cabling, patching and testing of data and telecoms wiring.Promoting safe and responsible use of the internet and assisting with the management of user accounts on the schools network.
