As the President T3 Sixty, Jack is responsible for client relationship development and management of T3 Sixty's consulting team. Clients include brokers, franchises, multiple listing systems and associations, private equity investors and technology companies in or related to the real estate industry. Jack is also a significant contributor to the annual Swanepoel Trends report, and has led research, authored and edited chapters on brokerage industry trends, technology in real estate and emerging business models. Jack previously held the titles of President and CTO.

Co-founded with Stefan Swanepoel, T3 Fellows is a management and leadership program for real estate executives. This company was folded into T3 Sixty in 2015. T3 Fellows is currently offered by T3 Sixty as an annual program, and also in partnership with several leading franchises for franchise-specific versions of the program.

Responsible for technology and marketing systems for a startup real estate company, recognized by Apple as a business case study for mobile technology implementation and Inman Innovator of the year for 2010. Also licensed and sold real estate, and led company initiatives in developing a training platform for real estate agents. This training initiative was spun out as a standalone education company, The Paperless Agent.

Consulted with more than 200 brokerages on the implementation of CRM, web, and automation tools for their businesses. Recruited and managed a consulting team of 10 consultants who worked throughout the US on similar projects. Also consulted with technology and marketing companies in real estate, including Top Producer, Realtor.com and Quantum Digital.

Led software development and design team in the construction of enterprise software for fast growing franchise real estate firm. Software development projects included ecommerce, course management and registration software, intranets, public facing websites, integration with real estate data systems, web services integration projects, and reporting systems. Responsible for developing IT vendor relationships and bringing new products (both in house and via partner relationships) to real estate franchise market. Hiring manager with a staff of ten employees. During employment with Keller Williams International, the franchise grew from 10,000 to 48,000 associates.

Investor in technology startup providing enterprise system for school districts for email, classroom management, and parent teacher communication, and served as the customer facing sales engineer for the team.

Hardware engineer with startup firm in the energy storage systems market. Developed analog and digital hardware, firmware, and low-level algorithms and control systems for flywheel-based energy backup solution. Member of the ActivePower engineering team that developed industry first flywheel backup solution and integrated UPS systems. Active Power became public in 2001 (ACPW). In November 2016 the business was acquired by the German Company Piller Power Systems group.
