Andersen's learning center served the learning needs of Andersen's professionals in over 100 offices around the globe. As Director of Finance & Operations, I directed finance & accounting, HR, IT, facilities management, contract management and other business support processes. In addition, I led a team of instructional design professionals in developing and delivering industry-specific training to the firm's practice professionals. I also directed the Client Learning practice with P/L responsibility. This practice took Andersen's successful learning methodologies to our clients, helping them clearly articulate their strategy and align the behaviors of their people with the strategy of their business.

Developed and led multiple teams delivering financial, human resources and administrative management and support to global and national initiatives, including:• Industry Program which provided business and industry context to Andersen’s marketing, training and service methodology (operating budget $70 million).• Global Markets initiative, a worldwide network supporting the delivery of integrated services to clients with international operations (operating budget $7 million).• Region of Industry Services, ten operating units housing industry-specific national consulting practices with revenues ranging from $1 million to $40 million (operating budget $3 million).• Specialty Consulting Services, supporting seven consulting services with revenues aggregating to $1 billion (operating budget $12 million).• Senn-Delaney Retail Consultants, an acquired unit of Arthur Andersen, serving for three years as Vice President of Finance and Administration (1992 to 1995).
