As Director of Finance & Operations, I directed finance & accounting, HR, IT, facilities management, contract management and other business support processes. In addition, I led a team of instructional design professionals in developing and delivering industry-specific training to the firm's practice professionals. I also directed the Client Learning practice with P/L responsibility. This practice took Andersen's successful learning methodologies to our clients, helping them clearly articulate their strategy and align the behaviors of their people with the strategy of their business.
