As an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist at bet365, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. I work with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver engaging and inclusive recruitment campaigns, events, and programs, using my Professional Scrum Master certification and customer service skills to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.Previously, I was a Senior Graduate Recruiter and University Partnerships Consultant at FDM Group, where I helped bridge the gap between university and the commercial world for graduates. I successfully established and maintained relationships with over 20 universities across the UK, organized and attended career fairs and workshops, and screened and interviewed hundreds of candidates for various roles. I also supported the welfare and progression of students and graduates, drawing on my experience as a Welfare and Progression Officer and a Progress Tutor in the education sector.
