In this role, I was responsible for a complete overhaul of their existing website. I turned it into a place where people could find up-to-date menus, news, testimonials and features. As well as adding the functionality that allowed users to book a table online. This led to a huge amount of marketing opportunities in the local community and a surge in bookings. From then on, my day-to-day operations consisted of creating and sharing promotions and helping clients find our venue for their events.

I work closely with all customers to make sure that the service we provide is the best it can be and ultimately provide them with the customers they need.

Print finishing

Work on piece rate tying knots in rope bag handles. Developed experience of working under pressure and organisational skills including setting targets and meeting them. Also had to learn new skills in a short space of time including the putting together of bags.

Completed one week of work experience at KD Electrical learning about trade work. Gained experience communicating with different customers and carried out some independent work to satisfy my own interests.
