For the past 15 years, I’ve gathered a vast amount of experience as a field/design engineer. My engineering degree is from Texas A&M University, and I completed my Masters of Science in Engineering Systems Management in 2015 from there as well. I have the Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification, and I plan on achieving my PE license by 2022. I have extensive experience dealing with a variety of engineering disciplines to include mechanical, industrial, and electrical. I achieved the NABCEP certification in 2017. I was promoted to Engineering Operations Manager in 2021. I lead a team of engineers to develop projects from 50kW to 100MW to meet the customer's needs. We work with the Sales and Construction Team to create a product that has high Quality, meets the customer's Price range, and can be constructed according to the Schedule. I enjoy teaching my engineers and the rest of the Holt team about new equipment or design techniques. Seeing them enjoy what they do and their enthusiasm for the work is just one more benefit of the job.I am interested in Renewable Technologies because I believe that they have tremendous potential. They reduce our impact on the environment, and they reduce our dependency on foreign energy providers.
